2018 - Present

Regular exercising habit is good for the body and mind, even for the elderly who cannot leave home or have mobility problems.


Volunteers will visit the elderly regularly and teach them to remember some simple physical exercises, and also provide cognitive training exercises for the purpose of physical and mental exercise, anti-aging, and physical and mental benefits.


我們相信持之以恆的運動有益身心,儘管是足不出戶或行動不便的長者也可以持之以恆把運動融入生活,在家中動動手動動腳,保持身心健康以應付日常需要。


義工們會定期上門探訪並教授老友記一些簡單的健體動作,亦會提供認知訓練的練習,以鍛鍊身體及腦筋為目的,抗衰老,益身心。
