Too old to run with knee pain? Too old to run, too dangerous to run?


We put aside our misconceptions about running and provide running training for seniors, and hope to participate in running races together in the future!


Run for joy and challenge yourself!


Mondays 7-8pm

Sham Shui Po DIstrict

Wednesdays 9-930am

Wan Chai District

Venue: Happy Valley Recreation Ground


Thursdays 10-11am

Kwun Tong District
